General Introduction

College functions can clearly be divided in to two separate divisions: academic and administrative

Academic division is the responsibility of Teaching Staff of the college. Administrative section provides necessary infrastructure, its maintenance and clerical support required for maintaining records and for interaction with government, university, parents and students, so as to enable the smooth conduct of academic programs. The Principal of the college heads both the divisions and is overall in charge of the college. Vice Principals are appointed by Management to assist the Principal in smooth functioning of the system. Administrative office of the college is situated on the ground floor of the senior college building with counters opening in to the College Quadrangle. Next to these counters are notice boards where all important notices are regularly displayed. Students must make it a habit to check these notice boards regularly.

 

In the office there are two main sections Academic Section and Accounts Section.

Academic Section handles admissions, university enrolment, roll call, attendance records, scholarships, examination and  related work.

Accounts sections handles money matters of every kinds.
